Notes

I spent much of Friday both exciting and scaring myself by studying the course of the Dublin Marathon. The thought of actually running that entire distance is dizzying.
Saturday was the first day this month that Rachel and I didn’t run together. I had to wait in the apartment for the air conditioner guys to change our filters while she went on our usual Gowanus Canal run. (Fragrant!)
I ran in the afternoon, and decided to take the subway two stops to my beloved Prospect Park, where I ran the loop around the park (3.35 mi) without stopping for the first time in ages. It was perfect weather for a short run.
In related news, I finally found my perfect running headphones.
